You can request deletion of your Zomo Pet account and all associated data at any time. Choose one of the two methods below:

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
In-app deletion requests are processed immediately. Email requests are typically processed within 7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
We do not retain any personal data after account deletion, except where required to comply with legal obligations (for example, financial transaction records required by law, if applicable). Any such retained data is kept only for as long as legally necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
