How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Zomo Pet account and all associated data at any time. Choose one of the two methods below:

Option A — In the App
  1. Open the Zomo Pet app and log in
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option B — By Email

If you're unable to access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and request deletion:

⚠️ This action is permanent. Once processed, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Processing Time

In-app deletion requests are processed immediately. Email requests are typically processed within 7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Data We May Retain

We do not retain any personal data after account deletion, except where required to comply with legal obligations (for example, financial transaction records required by law, if applicable). Any such retained data is kept only for as long as legally necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
